Additionally, in person raffle tickets will be sold at the Sounds of Freedom Concert on September 6, 2025, and thereafter until a total number of 250 tickets have been sold. The Winner will be randomly chosen from all raffle ticket sales online and in person once all 250 tickets have been sold. Winner need not be present to win. Must be 18 years or older to purchase a ticket. All federal, state, and local laws apply. No purchase limit. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. The fair market value of the Hearts on Fire Diamond Beloved Cluster Pendant is $5,500. Drawing will be conducted fairly and all decisions are final.

Item delivery: After you have paid for any auction items that you won, you'll collect your item at the auction desk. If you are not ticketed and present at the VIP Kickoff event on September 5th, you may pick up your auction item at the ACCESS of Wilmington office located at 2021 Corporate Drive, Suite B, Wilmington, NC, 48405 starting Tuesday, September 9th during regular business hours. Auction items may be shipped at the winner’s request; however, all shipping costs, including insurance for the full value of the winning bid, must be prepaid by the auction winner.
Extended bidding (aka "popcorn bidding") is enabled for this auction. This item will remain open for bidding past the auction close time until it hasn't received a bid for at least ten minutes.
